Confidentiality
All readings are strictly confidential.
Recordings
A complimentary recording of your session may be provided when available; however, recordings cannot be guaranteed.
If a recording is unavailable, fails, is corrupted, or cannot be delivered for any reason, the session itself will not be repeated and no refund will be issued, as your purchase is for the reading, not the recording.
Complimentary recordings are provided as a courtesy and should be downloaded and saved promptly. Recordings are not archived and are deleted after 30 days.
You are welcome to record your session on your end and/or take notes for your personal use.
Rescheduling
Life happens, and if you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible by email.
Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice and will be moved to a future date.
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, your payment will be forfeited.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you change your mind and want to cancel your reading entirely, you may receive a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, no refund will be issued.
No refunds are available once a session has been completed.
