Refunds and Cancellation Policies
Digital Products and Self-Paced Courses
Due to the immediate nature of digital access, all sales of digital products and self-paced courses are final. No refunds will be provided once access has been granted.
Live Courses
For live courses with a scheduled start date, cancellations requested 7 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
Workshops and Live Events
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event are non-refundable.
Memberships
Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing, and access will continue through the remainder of the current billing period.
No prorated or retroactive refunds will be provided.
If We Cancel or Reschedule
If Debra Clement cancels a live course, workshop, event, or scheduled service, participants may be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- transfer to a rescheduled offering, where applicable
Account Access and Security
If you create an account, membership login, or other access credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
No Sharing of Access
Memberships, digital products, courses, downloads, and other purchased materials are licensed solely to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not share, transfer, sublicense, distribute, resell, or provide access to purchased content, membership materials, or account credentials to any third party.
Unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Intellectual Property
